  • Writing bash scripts and docs
  • Since 2017: World of Warcraft server emulation and a bit modding
    • 2017-2018: Played around with repacks created by conan513 and then compiled and installed my own AzerothCore server
    • 2018-2020: Contributed over 200 commits to AzerothCore
    • 2020-2024: Project "Sol"
      • Quit AzerothCore and started working on my own server project "Sol" in March 2020, free and without restrictions from other projects
      • Stopped working on Sol in July 2024 because I realized that I did like the old world the most, so a server software supporting only vanilla would have been better suited in the first place
      • Switched to VMaNGOS
    • Since 2024:
      • Installed VMaNGOS to play on LAN, see readme
      • Maintain my own VMaNGOS fork with a few customizations
  • Since 2019: Minecraft LAN/internet server, see readme
  • Since 2021: Luanti (aka "Minetest") LAN/internet server, see notes
  • 2004-2021: Maintenance & administration of an internet root server (Ubuntu) providing a few services:
    • Movie DB using PHP & MySQL
    • phpBB2/3 forum
    • Server software to play multiplayer games with my friends (Killing Floor 2, Minecraft, Avorion etc.) running in schroot, see docs
    • XMPP server using Prosody, see docs
    • Mumble server as a replacement for TeamSpeak
  • 2021: Finally shut down the internet root server because it was getting too expensive and was not used that much anymore
