upstream slint integration #39

Given that Slint is a popular option for audio plugins, it might make sense to upstream this 3rd party nice-plug-slint integration as an officially supported integration in the nice-plug repository.

Also the baseview abstraction should be separated into its own slint-baseview repository (which we can also upstream later.)

Though we should probably ask aidan729's permission first.
