This should remove the need/use for the LGPL restrictions outlined currently in the readme. Steinberg switched over to using MIT.

Given this by the looks of it the license for LGPL wouldnt be needed for vst3-sys however they have not changed the license and even outline it would be better to switch anyway https://github.com/RustAudio/vst3-sys/issues/58.

I have a rough port I have done on my own fork on GitHub, though I need to go through it all and see if its all working fine in more detail. I am busy for the next few days though I have ported it roughly on my own fork and will likely make a pr once I have managed to test it further if I have time.

FWIW, I have this commit, porting to vst3 on my fork (some additional linux fixes here), and while I have tested it on a few examples, I also wouldn't say my testing has been in depth.
