Whenever the ESP32-Remote is rebooted / power-cycled it will wake up in "OFF" and "Auto FAN" Mode and send this to the Faikin-Interface.
For me, this is unwanted behaviour, because it turns off a running AC.
Two suggestions to solve the issue:
- boot-up -> read out the current state of the AC from Faikin -> show it, but don't change it
or
- Safe the current state in non volatile memory -> after boot-up -> read from memory -> apply state
If the current behaviour is really requested by users, perhaps a selection to choose from "Remember last state at boot-up" or "force AC off at boot-up" under /revk-settings might be a solution.
Love the Faikin and it's Remote! Keep up the good work!
Cheers!
