Support Xonek3 #77

Hi! i did a preliminary build for the mappings for Xonek3.

Actually works
Gain (Shift), HighPass
LowPass
Sculpt Freq
Sculpt Gain
Send FX1 (the meters works, but did not test with a external FX)
Send FX2 (the meters works, but did not test with a external FX)
SubFilter Select (none, one, two), lights work
CueA, lights work

Subfilters, One, Two
Resonance, Freq
HP,LP,BP select

Cue A
Gain
Main
Mix
