This PR contains the implementation of partial refunds, and the update to the add-on localization and documentation to reflect it.

This new features allows merchants to provide partial refunds to their customers.

The PR is also very heavy on the documentation changes, but a PR containing the full documentation changes + its translation will be coming later. For this new feature, you can ignore the .po, .pot, .rst and image changes.
