Before it became possible to protect room creation via a cryptographic challenge, this was optionally handled using a CAPTCHA.

In the age of AI, this method is no longer up to date; furthermore, it disadvantages users with visual impairments, for instance.

Therefore, this method is to be removed (which also serves to reduce complexity).
