Should $LANG be honoured? #59

I just found that the application can change language on-the-fly using the Configuration|Language menu option. That is a really neat feature!

What surprised me, however, is that setting the environment variable LANG does not fully change the application language. The only effect I could see is that the dates were translated, possibly because those strings come from a core Qt component. But most of the GUI and all the Guide remained in English.

Should ubpm honour the system locale settings?

Many languages are not fully translated, so it makes sense to let the user select the desired language manually.

At the first start, the language could possibly be detected and set automatically.
