Summary
There's some missed UI elements in menus that should be exposed to translations.
Conditions of Satisfaction
The following* UI elements should be translatable:
- Open Journal palette command: Picker list of common date references ('today', 'tomorrow', 'next-month', etc)
- Status bar "Mode" indicator
- Placeholder text in Palette and Modal inputs (ex. "type to filter...")
