[chromium misses lib] Add ocl-icd package to compose for chromium #2

$ chromium-browser
/usr/bin/chromium-browser: error while loading shared libraries: libOpenCL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Missing ocl-icd package (for libOpenCL.so.1). Does not pull further packages, size 158k.
Transient test:

# bootc usr-overlay
# yum install ocl-icd
