There is one remaining free bed in our cabin (for which we already have a ticket), let us know if you want it. It costed me 48€ but could be offered at a discount :)

I moved the ticket to the project board, so it is easier to find.

Also, please add the via/* tags, which countries you will drive (and stop) through, so others can find it more easily.

That said, would it make sense to tag this train with via/CZ 🇨🇿 as well, since it starts there before you board? If so, it would be great if one of the Czech people volunteered to organize that part of the trip. I see that at least three people are going from Prague on the same day as you.

BTW, for the Prague – Brussels ES line we already negotiated a custom booking link with a discount and the "geek defragmentation service", so that may be of service (@LEdoian, ping !!)

P.S. the animal name idea came from the fact that we used a plush duck 🦆 last year to indicate where we are meeting, so if you have a plush (or other physical) boar, that would be cool. I’ll update the README to explain that.

Hi, me and my brother are also starting from Dresden, can we join your group?

I just noticed that this group will likely merge with the Hippo group. I will post my introduction over there.

We still have one spot available in our night train cabin, which could go to one of you. If you are interested, you can contact me via email to arrange payment and ticket.

Sounds good, my brother will then use the hippo group on the same train.

With @Wer-Wolf on board, our cabin is now full, but others can still join us by getting their own ticket :)

So, two messages from ES:

• There have been some technical difficulty with the booking link, but it should work now.
• Given the issue above, the "hacker defragmentation" (re-seating, so that hackers end up together/close) needs manual fixup – please send me your booking codes if you want to partake in the defragmentation (either DM @ledoian@dolujeme.eu on Matrix or send an email to fosdemtrain@pokemon.ledoian.cz, and also add the date of the trip to distinguish between the ES trains). European Sleeper promised to do their best, but no hard promises due to a lot of bookings.

Given that the trip is coming up quite soon, and in the interest of minimizing the hassle for ES staff, my preference would be to keep our booking as it is.

To clarify, the ES staff defrags all the relevant reservations on the morning of the travel day anyway – so the added hassle of additional few bookings to consider is not a big addition to their hassle.

No pressure either way, just adding relevant information :)

I am not available to coordinate the possible change of cabin with the members of our group and would like our booking to remain as it is.
