Document project governance #9

I have been wondering about whether Gram is meant to be a personal project of @krig, or if there is some interest in building a team behind this project.
In the latter case, I would recommend adding some governance documentation, to explain what the different roles in the project are (with their associated rights and duties), how can someone be onboarded / offboarded for each of those roles, what decision procedures are used, and various other things like that.
For instance, a relatively simple model we use in Mergiraf is documented here: https://codeberg.org/mergiraf/mergiraf/src/branch/main/GOVERNANCE.md

Hi! Well, I don't know if I have an answer to that question right now. So far it is mostly just me behind the curtain, and I don't have a lot of time to spend on the project. I am also a grumpy old toad with poor social skills. Community building is not exactly my strength.
