ZigBrains currently fetches releases from ziglang.org, which is generally discouraged.

We should not be hammering ziglang.org for compiler downloads

I already have a local WIP branch for this, it still needs some cleanup before it can be pushed (currently uses some jetbrains internal apis and mavenlocal releases of minisign4j).
