This would be useful for corporations and organizations and setting things up in a script when clean-installing Windows. There should be a command-line argument to check if it should be silent or output a thing to the command line when the config is imported. It also needs an export command. The command to run on startup can be /runonstartup true and to turn it off, it would be the same thing but false instead. Only problem is the program to create shortcuts opens a security warning.
