I suggest to limit the maximum length of a recording:
- encourage short and focused sessions without exhausting either reviewers or participants
- complicate DoS by flooding the server with useless recordings
The setting should be available at least on an instance-wide level (the DoS / storage aspect), but might make sense to be additionally added on a per-project or per-subject setting (e.g. set different recording lengths for different research topics).
