It can be argued that when a contribution happens trough a pull request it is licensed automatically as the whole repo.

GitHub, however, makes it clear in its terms of service. I think this is wise and that it should be added to the Codeberg TOS.

It can be [argued](https://google.github.io/opencasebook/authorship/#section-3---writings-the-role-of-contributor-license-agreements-developer-certificates-of-origin-and-other-writings-in-governing-copyright-ownership-of-contributions-to-open-source-projects) that when a contribution happens trough a pull request it is licensed automatically as the whole repo. GitHub, however, makes it [clear](https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/github-terms/github-terms-of-service#6-contributions-under-repository-license) in its terms of service. I think this is wise and that it should be added to the Codeberg TOS.
