Not until now, the references to "Wahlordnung" (poll/election rules) and "Beitragsordnung" (contribution rules) are template clauses in bylaw text, acting as placeholder to enable cheaper within-year updates without going through mid-year registration court filing.

In past polls/elections we did announce the procedure as part of invite and announcement, while we were building tools and establishing a process.

We might want to formalize this permanently as our operations are now less ad-hoc than in the founding year.
