Explain what SSH keys are/their benefits #94

We should extend the "Adding an SSH key to your account" article with an explanation of what an SSH key is and why it is useful.

This is based on a suggestion by @ivan-paleo in another thread

It was originally planned to include this as part of the "First Repository" article, but due to that article having a stronger focus on HTTPS now, it is probably better suited for the "Adding an SSH key" article instead.

We should extend the ["Adding an SSH key to your account" article](https://docs.codeberg.org/security/ssh-key/) with an explanation of what an SSH key is and why it is useful. Nobody is working on it at the moment. You are welcome to do so :)

This issue focuses on an explanation of SSH itself, while #91 is intended to be something we can link to in the Codeberg settings.
