Add "Forgejo" as Codeberg project to "Improving Codeberg" #286

I might have missed something, but I thought Codeberg was endorsing Forgejo as successor to Gitea for running the platform.

Still Forgejo is not listed as Codeberg Project in the Improving Codeberg part of the documentation.

@fnetX what is the rationale behind moving this into a separate repository, out of Documentation?

The documentation is a place that is easily forgotten to be updated, because the pages are often out of sight. The whole "contributing to codeberg" section is out of date for ages.

By moving this into a separate component which can be immediately updated and discussed within their own community (without the noise of the docs itself), I hope to keep the content more up to date.

Thanks for clarifying. I made a PR at #292 to replace the project list in the Documentation with a link to the Codeberg/Projects repo, to reduce redundancy.
