current documentation upstream is at https://woodpecker-ci.github.io/
making this a valid link is not an issue, but I don't really get what you want to serve there ... an introduction to how CI works at Codeberg (how to request access etc), or more a general guide how to link it (also your own CI)? Or did you include the upstream link because we should simply include the content / redirect there?
we should explain when projects get access to ci and how to setup (login and enable repo ...) and a link to the upstream doc on how to write .woodpecker.yml ...
