Feature Request: Block Users #863

I have noticed that currently Codeberg doesn't support the ability to block another user on the platform. I don't have a GitHub so feel free to submit a feature request on Gitea or Forgejo. I am unsure if it is worth submitting a feature request to Gitea considering Codeberg is soon (Not just how long from now that will be) going to switch to Forgejo.

I am unsure if I should provide anymore information in regards to this feature request, I think it is mainly self-explainatory.

forgejo is a soft fork of Gitea. That means, all new features and bugfixes will be added to forgeo.
