Add a Github noreply email address #814

I know that this is something that's pretty hard to do, but I'd like to add my Github noreply address to Codeberg which is not possible because it's a noreply address which won't receive emails.

Reason: commits from Github that are here are not linked to my account. As example, take Codeberg-CI/woodpecker@ee9269d658.

I know that you can't really verify this and maybe, it's even an issue that better fits at Gitea (for example by reading the email address from the oauth providers), but I just would like to hear your ideas and thoughts here.
