"Activities" tab and the logging for it is bad for the privacy #79

Git logs the commit timestamps (which a developer can spoof for better privacy), however gitea logs the push timestamps and some other events. Is it possible to hide the UI to show it or better disable the logging of it?

Updating the nginx config would work, but that's only a workaround and some users would consider this behavior a bug.

I posted your links at the issue at gitea, but I think they don't care about it.

When I contribute someone on Github I always submit a PR and delete the account. This is the only workaround. https://github.com/isaacs/github/issues/142

I guess if you contribute a pull request here on Codeberg to https://codeberg.org/Codeberg/gitea -- anonymous or not -- you might get your wish deployed?

With https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/commit/aa3c0f8eba9b75b3d4206fbcf3fcfc23929ade2f which is now in the master of gitea this will be possible.
