[feature request] Drag and drop folders #506

Would simplify if when, on the upload form, you drag and drop one or more, not existing, folders / subfolders it creates them automatically.
Also detect existing folders and upload files in the expected path.

This is being developed at forgejo/forgejo#6687. I'll try to wrap this up so it can land in the next release of Forgejo. Closing as this is tracked upstream already.
