CAPTCHA: Accessibility issue #483

I failed 8 times to solve the captcha on the test instance and give up now.

I just get a white page with the text Forbidden.

But maybe there is another issue with GitHub login account creation.

I any case, this is not usable for humans.

A forbidden error is not captcha-related. You get a meaningful error message when the captcha is incorrect (red box with "The CAPTCHA code is incorrect.").

I don't really know what you tried to do with GitHub?

OK, then i close this issue. That blind people can't use the captcha is a known issue.

I added more details about the GitHub problem in the referenced issue.
