[feature request] Have usful codeberg statistics #415

Hi, I do see the same page clicking on the codeberg logo (in the blue header, left) and an the item "Übersicht" next to it.

So why not present something useful instead?

My suggestion would be a statistics page with information like

Welcome to codeberg. We currently have xx users and host 
* Total number of Organizations
* Total number of Repositories hosted
* Most popular repositories:
 -- ranked by number of likes
* Most active repositories
 -- ranked by number of new commits + number of issues and comments

FWIW dotya.ml is using grafana https://grafana.dotya.ml/ that seems to fit this usecase quite nicely.
