I don't think simply counting requests necessarily constitutes tracking. Release attachments also already have a download counter.
There doesn't seem to be an upstream issue for this in https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo as far as i can tell. Am i just using the wrong search terms? Even just having some statistics on how often the repo is being cloned (like what GitHub does) could be useful.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
