Pull Request returns Server Error: 500 now (before: Network error SyntaxError) #2791

Hi,
I tried to create a pull request via the web UI, but it failed at first time with message Network error SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<html><bod"... is not valid JSON (the POST hangs ~5s, then error) and after clicking second time I've got !server error: 500.

Fails on branch with changes in only one file. First approach to create PR was yesterday near 3pm and today was second with the same failing messages. This is PR from forked project. If you need more info let me know.

I tried to create a pull request today and now I have only !server error: 500 and it appears immediately after clicking the 'Create pull request' button. I attached the screenshots.
