2FA Reminder #279

In #173 we discussed the idea of adding a reminder to our UI that encourages users to enable 2-factor authentication.

Let's collect a few options on how to best do this, holding the balance between pushing widespread 2FA usage and not excessively disrupting the user experience.

codeberg-specific. I doubt that every instance wants to push 2FA e.g. for home use :)
