Hi!

Whenever I try to create a new repo, the page just hangs and then returns a 504 Gateway Timeout. I was able to create one a few hours ago but not anymore. It may or may not matter, but I live in Hungary and am on Linux & Librewolf.

Affecting repo migration tool as well - migration from GitLab failed with a plain text "504 Gateway Time-out. The server didn't respond in time." Can easily reproduce if helpful.

Mentioning because a few people may be trying to migrate off of GitLab at the moment.
