I did a merge commit this morning and now I see this warning:

The database representation of this repository is out of synchronization. If this warning is still shown after pushing a commit to this repository contact the administrator.

I tried searching for a solution, but didn't find anything relevant. I'm really not sure what to do next. Advice most humbly solicited.
