Unable to push code to repo with SHA256 object format #2247

Attempt to push to the repository with sha256 object format from terminal gives an error

$ git push -u origin master

With enabled GIT_TRACE_PACKET and verbose output from SSH I get this

My git version is 2.52.0 and I can push to repositories with sha1 object format without issues.
