hi!

i created a project in my Codeberg account, and then for trying to push a file there i cloned, created that file, committed and pushed, as i always do on other git hosts like Gitlab, Bitbucket and Notabug (and never got an error from there)

so i tried on Codeberg and got a 128 error: https://postimg.cc/JGtL1zx5

what seems to be happening there? it's the very first time that happened to me when using git - what should i try to do?

i'm using Git-Cola (as i always did) - on Codeberg i can only upload files one by one from a web browser, never using a git tool (like Git-Cola) by commit+push

thanks in advance!

Hi,

Did you configure the authentication for codeberg.org in gitcola?

Hi, Did you configure the authentication for codeberg.org in gitcola?

no, as i never did anything like this on gitlab/bitbucket/notabug...
how can we do that? (i have no idea what is it about...)
(btw, i always used "force push" everyhere)

I don't have experience with gitcola so I wouldn't know where you are able to configure this. How did you configure this for the other platforms?

I simply used, no configuration needed...
