Namaskar!
First of all, thank you for providing such a reliable, community-friendly, and libre platform. Codeberg has been extremely useful for me.
I have a small question regarding username changes and Codeberg Pages.
My current username is Deep_Pandya, which means my static website URL is:
https://deep_pandya.codeberg.page
Because of the underscore (_), some Markdown renderers and messaging platforms do not correctly auto-link this URL. This occasionally breaks links that I share, so I am planning to change my username to Deep-Pandya.
After the change, my new website URL would become:
https://deep-pandya.codeberg.page
I am completely fine with the new URL.
However, I would like to ask whether it is possible to have a temporary redirect from the old URL to the new one (even for a few months), so that already shared links do not immediately start failing after the username change.
Or is there any workaround recommendation?
Thank you again for your time and for maintaining this wonderful platform!
