ci pipelines don't start with ": failed to load branches: user does not exist [uid: 0, name: ]" #2209

Hi,
since about two days woodpecker CI pipelines are failing (or rather don't even start) for me with:

: failed to load branches: user does not exist [uid: 0, name: ]

at first that was intermittent but not it's persistent. One example is https://ci.codeberg.org/repos/15208 which would have been triggered by Phosh/phosh-site#46 .

Thanks for providing this otherwise very reliable service!

So I logged out of woodpecker and still got an error and back in and when retriggering the pipeline I got another error: ("Pipeline not found"). I then pushed to that branch again and it looks things are back to normal, so I'll close this.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
