Codeberg is used by many people in many countries; everyone benefits from stricter cybersecurity practices nevertheless. We should bind our domain to a Let's Encrypt account to ensure that e.g. a hosting provider or other factors cannot result in the generation of Let's Encrypt certificates employed for MITM purposes.

Doing so helps us alleviate a potential "PR liability" at the same time.

I can look into this after we've fully incorporated git-pages and resolved some issues with mail.codeberg.eu that is generating noise about certificates and trying to use zerossl. Currently it likely would result in some breakage.
