Forgot Password returns an error #2183

I have lost my password for an old account. When I tried to change it with the link https://codeberg.org/user/forgot_password, I got an error like 'Passwords for external user accounts cannot be changed from the Forgejo web interface.' (it a traduction from the french 'Les mots de passes des comptes utilisateurs externes ne peuvent pas être modifiées depuis l'interface web Forgejo.')

It is a problem because when I try to add this email to my current account, it says to me that this email is already used.

I have never used this account so it is not a problem if it is deleted.

What can I do to get back my old email address to my current account?

It means that you've created the account when using the "Sign in via Github" or "Sign in via Gitlab" options:

You have to login via Github or Gitlab (depending on what you used) in order to access this account.
