[translate] "413 Request Entity Too Large" when uploading weblate backup #2129

I'm trying to migrate our weblate project from https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/naev/ . I've managed to get a backup, but it is 2.9 GiB (3,007,079,395 bytes). When trying to create a new translation project using the backup, I get the NGINX error 413 Request Entity Too Large. Is there any way to try to handle this migration?

It seems we can temporarily increase the limit to 3GiB via the CLIENT_MAX_BODY_SIZE environment to allow this migration through. CC @Bubu
