Run git gc on my repository #2114

Hi!

I've recently removed some very large files from my entire git history, but this seems to have backfired. I am now at nearly a gigabyte of used storage.
However, when I clone my repo and run git gc, it is only half of that (about 500 MB).
Could git gc be ran on my repositories?
Specifically:
https://codeberg.org/ampmod/ampmod
https://codeberg.org/ampmod/scratch-gui (Yes, archived, I know, but still.)

Hi, I've manually run git gc over them. If you push a commit to the repository it should reflect the new size.

Hello, could git gc be re-ran specifically on ampmod/ampmod? I was trying to merge upstream but that gone wrong and resulted in size being around the same as before.
