Error:

Files already exist for this repository. Contact the system administrator.

Context:

Occurred immediately after clicking to create a new repository; the process never completed - error message first occurred after F5 refresh.

Error message now occurs when trying to create seevee/battleship. I cannot otherwise see or interact with that url.
