CI Status Page shows Waiting #2095

For example https://codeberg.org/cli-hub/com.digitalocean.doctl/actions/runs/1/jobs/0 is something I tried to test the free (thank you) runner and see how it works.

It says Waiting but it isn't clear what it is waiting for. I assume the free runner is heavily used so it is waiting for that, but I cannot be 100% sure.

Improving this text to say Waiting for an available runner would be great, if that is the case.

I think the problem is that you've specified a runner that does not exist on the hosted Forgejo Actions that Codeberg provides. If you go to https://codeberg.org/cli-hub/com.digitalocean.doctl/actions you'll see the red warning that says "No matching runner".

The available runners on the hosted Forgejo Actions are listed here: https://codeberg.org/actions/meta (currently those are codeberg-tiny and codeberg-small, see the meta link for specs)
