Generic Host Option for a New Webhook #2078

When creating a webhook, a dropdown list is provided to choose from. The list contains various popular web service providers with their logos. This is great. I was able to select ForgeJo and populate it with a custom url to a server that does not belong to ForeJo (or any other listed provider) However it is not obvious that this is possible from the list. Adding a "Custom" or "Generic" host option would make this a lot more obvious.
