can receive.shallowUpdate be made configurable? #2062

hi.
I use shallow clones in my activities (by necessity) and ran into the "shallow update not allowed" failure when trying to push my repos to newly created codeberg repos.
I understand a .git/config option 'receive.shallowUpdate' would avoid this failure.
Can this option please be exposed in the codeberg user interface?
