Rigged DL works / UL does not #2059

Bear in mind I am not very computer literate, so problem simply put: I can DL rigged, but I can't UL same rigged in any attempted open sim. Now, The rigged files I downloaded a couple of days ago, THOSE I can upload, but any files I pulled yesterday and today are not giving me the option to upload them.
