Add an option to watch only the releases of a repository #1985

The "Watch" button on the repositories pages is pretty limited, if you click on it, you will receive an email when anything happens in the repository. Adding an option to customize what you want to watch would be excellent.
I've provided an image of how it works on GitHub for example purposes.

I don't know how complicated it is to add this feature, but it will be extremely helpful.

Same thing about home page feed - I have dozens of repos watched because game modder recently moved here and get ton of spam on my homepage about every single issue in his repos when I only care about releases (and at most issues reported there by me).

On GitHub I could have just releases and my own issues on my homepage/notification feed.
