Also I got an SSH warning remote host identification has changed!, maybe this is related?

Both have been fixed. Thank you for reporting.
For clarity the data warning was a mistake in the build script that automatically adds this warning if the target server doesn't contain "production" and the new server only contained "prod", no other settings were touched and the data is intact. Codeberg-Infrastructure/build-deploy-forgejo@ad599b7b2a
The SSH host identification warning was caused by sshd not being restarted after moving the SSH host keys from the old to the new server, it was not a MITM attack of any sorts.
Both have been fixed. Thank you for reporting.
