"Compare" button after a force-push has an incorrect right border #1939

Disclaimer: I'm not knowledgeable about web development, so I might use some terminology incorrectly

I'm pretty sure the "Compare" button used to be only as wide as the text inside it. But now it seems to snap to the right side of the PR timeline (div.ui.timeline), and continues to do so if I resize the window.
