question: How to create releases? #1848

Hi, I'm new to Codeberg (moving my repos from Github) therefore my question might be silly.

I've created fresh new repository, I've pushed some code to it, I've created a tag v0.1.0 and now I want to make a release but I didn't find how to do it.
I've read the documentation on (tags and) releases but the doc refers to a "Releases tab" in the web interface that I don't have/see in my repository.

You should see a "Add more" button if you didn't disable 'Suggest to enable additional repository units' in the user settings.

Anyhow, if you go the repository settings and then navigate to "Units > Overview" you should be able to check "Enable repository releases" and save this change to see the releases tab appear.
