500 internal server error on email activation #1847

Just created the account. Got sent activation email.
Opened the link, got asked the password - entered password, got 500 internal server error
after page reload, get message that link is no longer valid

logged into the account, went to the settings to resend activation email
email recieved, got to the page, entered password - 500 internal server error

repeat 3 more times
