Codeberg blocks access from Dutch Odido network? #1826

Hello,
I have both mobile and fiber internet connection from Dutch provider Odido, but since today I cannot reach codeberg using either my home ip or my mobile connection.

Resorting to VPN or switching to another mobile sim for network grants me full access again. This leads me to believe the Odido network may be blocked for some reason.

Can anyone confirm this, or is there a place to check if my ip addresses are indeed blocked and why? (And hopefully file an unblock request)

Codeberg is only returning "429 Too many requests" or "403 Forbidden". If Codeberg "does not load", this is most likely an issue with your provider and we cannot be of any assistance.
